cosign loan

father cosigned loan for now ex husband and stoped paying ,loan is now over 10 years what can my father do .it's not his bill and he didn't go to the school.

Assuming that the loan agreeemnent is still enforceable against your co-signing father, in order to avoid a default he must continue to pay on the loan but could file suit against your former husband for reimbursement(contribution).
