court ordered restitution
Yes I recently have a court ordered restitution from a defendent, who has stopped paying. The state attorney has issued a show cause already. My qustion is how do I go about a garnishment, he is in the milatary.

If criminal in nature, you might let the CW attorney handle first. Not sure how you would garnish someone who is active military, esp. if in hands of the CW already.
