credit car judgement
i just got a warrant in debt summon
from citibank of south dakota on credit bill all info on the loan application is in correct like my ss#
phone # bithrday etc. i never sign a
contract with them and they don't
have original loan application
Can i still be sue for this bill

Whether you "can" be sued for this, you have been, and you have to defend. Go to court (with a lawyer), and defend on the ground that this was not you. You may need evidence, such as your drivers license, social security card, etc., showing that the date of birth, social security number, and signature are not yours.
