Credit card dispute

I have a credit card charge dispute with my credit card company, A merchant charged my credit card with out my authorization and now that i dispute it they will not do anything and the credit card company will not provide me a recipt copy or anything to prove that i authorized the charge.

You should request the proof of authorization from the merchant. If such is not provided, then again notify your card issuer in writing that you dispute the charge and that a charge back to the merchant should be applied to your account and that if the card issuer fails to act upon your request, you will have no alternative but to cancel your account with the issuer.

Then, after proper demand notice is made to the merchant, and still no refund or satisfactory adjustment for the unauthorized charge, sue the SOB in your local small claims court for the amount you're out.
