how many phone calls from a creditor is considered harassment?

If you're referring to calls to the debtor's home, there is no particular number mentioned in the FDCPA that would constitute harassment(as far as I can recall), but only that such calls can only be made within a certain time frame during the day, e.g. between 9am and 9pm or hours close to that time interval.
