Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Virginia

One of my creditors from Oxford Law LLC has been calling my job for 2 weeks, speaking to my co-workers, the last call he asked their name and they got upset and reported it to their boss and I got in trouble behind it. I spoke to the gentle after 2 weeks yesterday and told him not to call my job anymore. Can I sue him for harrashment? I really don't think this is a Law Office, how can you tell?

Send the "gentleman" written notice to immediately cease and desist from these

kinds of contacts which if he ignores could possibly subject him and/or his company to civil liability arising from your claim(s).
