Irs is already taking money out of my payrool check with a irs levy, can the court place a garnishment on my check as well, and will I get in trouble if I cannot appear in court?

Even if the Virginia court were to award your daughter a judgment on her warrant in debt against you, if your current employer has no offices in the Commonwealth nor does any business here in Virginia, a garnishment could not be used to attach your wages in Ohio in order to enforce this particular judgment.
