Can joint bank account with spouse be in jeopardy of ''freeze'' from default judgment 2003 on wife's credit report before married under husband's name?

As long as the husband is not in any way, shape or form a party to or liable in any way for this established debt, his wife's premarriage creditors should not be able to attach these jointly held funds.(BEWARE, nevertheless, of the judgment creditor's attempts to attach the funds, anyway, which may be successful due to inadvertence or incompetence on the part of the bank.)
