Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Virginia

I have a DirectTV account under my name, however the credit card in file is my ex roommates. We havent talked in 6 months, and over 1k is due to the company, since my name is the account holder can I go online and pay the bill with her card, the only card thats been on file since the account has been opened?

No, not unless you're an authorized user of this card (in my opinion).

Furthermore, unauthorized use of such a card to pay charges of $1K or more could result in your being charged with one or more felonies.
