Can a 3rd party collections agency file a judgement, and Inflate the interest?

If you mean, can the original creditor sell the defaulted loan paper to a collection agency(third party) who in turn employs one of their attorneys to file a lawsuit against the alleged debtor for the unpaid debt + applicable costs and interest, the answer is, very defintely, a yes.
