Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Virginia
If someone has a foreclosure pending from a former marriage, will that financially effect a new spouse? In other words, if the foreclosure is pending against the potential wife, would the new husband have any liability for the wife's pre-marital property?

No, none, unless per chance this spouse were foolish enough
