Garnish Wages/Freeze Account

I am married to a person that has had his wages garnished and accounts frozen for money problems. Now, that we are married can they garnish my wages or freeze my accounts, even if his name is not on any of my accounts?

No. Not unless there is a judgment against you. They can garnish joint accounts, so keep your money separate.
