i have a garnishment acorrding to the court website is closed...my ban account has the funds frozen..they have been in the bank sence the first of march & now it's august ..when do you think the pmt will be release ..also this is a joint bank & the garnishment is in my name only...my husband retirement & grandaughter's ssi goes into this account...the company is midland

The bank should be informed of any funds belonging to the other joint account holders which are now frozen with a request that these be immeddately released and that any such future funds that come into the account not be frozen along with funds belonging only to you. (Nevertheless, to ensure that this actually happens, you may have to have a separate account established for your husband and granddaughter.)
