garnishment
I had a car reposessed and they sold it for a very low price and want me to pay the difference which is about 13000.00 dollars will that just sit on my credit as a judge ment for x amount of years or can they garnish my wages.

No, the repossessor will not be able to garnish your wages until a valid judgment is obtained in a court of law against you for the deficiency amount($13000.00)
