garnishment summons

i received a garnishment summons on a personal foreclosure --

can they garnish my business bank accounts and my commercial property has renters can they garnish the renters. i have my partner on the account --hope you can help

If the accounts are yours (as opposed to a partnership, LLC or corporation), they can be garnished on a judgment against you. And renters can be garnished, although it may be that an assignment of rents provision in the mortgage could prevail over the garnishment. If there are two names on the account (joint account), only your interest can be taken, although the whole account can be frozen. If it is in the name of an actual partnership, the account cannot be garnished.
