garnishment summons

i received a garnishment summons on a personal foreclosure, can they garnish my business accounts, also i have renters in my commercial property can they garnish them, what is the percentage they can garnish --can they garnish this business account if i have a partner..hope you can help

They can certainly try. You should consider consulting an attorney if you have not done so already. I hope your business and other assets are protected via corporation or LLC, etc. Good luck.
