Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Virginia

One guy whome I don't know needs some cash and is willing to sing confessed judgement note,against his home. I don't know how many mortgages he has on his house is this a good idea to give him loan, in case he files for bankruptcy will I get my money back? also please suggest me a good lawyer in Virginia who specializes in hadling these sort of personal transactions.

No, you had best forget all about this transaction, confessed judgment or not,

which could easily be disposed of in the debtor's bankruptcy filing and you

likely would never see your money loaned ever again.
