Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Virginia

Harassing calls from Toyota

About a year ago, our home phone number was linked to a delinquent account holder with Toyota Financial Services (TFS). They called incessantly. We repeatedly told their representatives that the person they seek is not at this number. At first, we simply told the people who called (10 times or more a week) that our number should be removed from the call list. It never worked. After about 8 months we finally called and got a person at TFS who said he could help. We sent letters via registered mail and confirmed faxes ordering TFS to stop calling our home. The calls stopped for 4 months, but have picked back up again. For the last month, calls have come about 5 times a day. Can I sue TFS for harassing phone calls?
