Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Virginia

Hi

I need to know if you can serve to people on the same warrant of debt if they are father and son and leave in the same household. They own a company together. I also need to know what to charge for the court costs and the secretary of commenwealth. Thanks

Yes, you can name the two individuals on the same warrant but each must be served individually. (If you are serving the papers via Secretary of the Commonwealth you'll need to contact that office for information as to its charges. The clerk of the court can advise you as to

the court costs.)
