Husband passed away in Nov.Bills coming in and i am on disability and check goes to bank can they bother my account at all I am 61 and no other income..

Very likely, no, (as I've already answered) since these bills are probably

only chargeable to your deceased husband's estate, and, in any event, your

disability income is most likely protected from creditor attachment.
