Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Virginia
Husband passed away in Nov.Bills coming in and i am on disability and check goes to bank can they bother my account at all I am 61 and no other income.. Also husband been in Virginia for 10 years children in Hight point NC trying to get death certificate have reason to believe that his named was forged on credit applacation and want death papers to get this paid off,,

You haven't specified the nature of this disability income, whether Social Security or otherwise and therefore one cannot be entirely certain other than to speculate that this particular income is probably safe from attachment by creditors.
Furthermore, unless you were jointly on these accounts and jointly used them with your now deceased husband, you may not even be legally responsible for these debts but rather his estate would be.
