Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Virginia
My husband told bought furniture for me as a gift for my bday/xmas...i put it my name from grand furniture because he couldnt get it in his with a reasonable down payment. He assured that he would make the payments.he has made
payments on this furniture for 13 months. Now he refuses to make the payments. Can I take him to civil court for him to resume payment. We no longer live together

No, not successfully. (in my view) since you would be suing him
to enforce his promise to complete his making of a gift to
you which he apparently was under no legal obligation to
do (is the way I see it).
