interrogatories.
if I am making monthly payments on a judgement do I have to attend an interrogatory especially if they are accepting my payments

Yes. You can be fined or imprisoned for contempt of court for failure to show up for judgment debtor interrogatories, if the summons or subpoena was properly issued and you were properly served. This applies as long as there is still money to pay on the judgment. Btw, never pay on a judgment in cash unless you get your receipt in writing prior to handing over the cash. Ideally, use a cashier's check drawn on a bank - easiest to trace when you need to be able to prove how much you've paid.
