judgement

i have a judgement against me for credit card debt, can they put a lein on my husbands house I am on the deed, the mortgage is in my husbands name. I am disabled and don not work.

Yes, they could put a lien on the house, but if you

hold title to the property by what the law calls TENANTS BY THE ENTIRETIES, your judgment creditor will not be able to enforce the judgment against you by foreclosing on the house as long as your husband is not included in it(the judgment).
