Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Virginia

lack of dislaimer

Good afternoon. I purchased some special tires from a company for $3K which needed to be ordered from another company. today I decided that i no longer wanted the tires. Therefore, the company is trying to charge me $400 for stocking fees. However, there is no verbage on the invoice in which explains the return policy. I just signed an invoice that stated the price. Can they legally charge me the $400. I understand stocking fees but it is not located on the invoice nor visibly anywhere in the company

Re: lack of dislaimer

You should contest this charge and perhaps, agree to pay $200 as a "restocking fee" for this $3K set of special-ordered tires.
