late payment charges
Are you allow under Virginia law to charge late payment on services under 30 payment contract. for example they have to pay with in 2 weeks on date on invoice if not they receive a late payment charge.

Yes, that's one of the ways these loan sharks make their money on short term, high interest loans given to desperate folks who usually have nowhere else to turn.
