Liability of co-signer debt

How much liability does the co-signer of a car loan have if both are on a warrent to appear in court and the primary signer of the loan doesn't appear and niether does the co-signer what judgement could be made against the co-signer? Do they split the debt or levy the judgement fully against the primary cause he didn't show or aginst the co-signer?

Both are fully liable. They can collect what they can against either; but they can collect the total judgment only once.
