Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Virginia

Am I liable - do I have to pay - for a book received that I did not order? "Cooking Light" sent me their annual cookbook. I have it and did not return it (can not find prepaid shipping container). They have since turned this over to a collection agency. What are my rights?

Contact the company, telling them that you will be

glad to return the book if they provide you with a container

to ship the book along with the necessary prepaid postage.

Otherwise, the book is likely to continue occupying shelf

space in your kitchen.
