Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Virginia

I live in Virginia and due to loss of income am unable to pay my credit card bills. My wife is not on these accounts, but we do jointly own a house and two cars, and have a joint bank account (bank is located in Texas). Can a judgment against me result in liens against the property andor garnishment of her wages or our bank account?

If you own your home with your wife as tenancies by the entireties (jointly with automatic transfer to the surviving spouse upon death of one spouse) the property is immune from the claim of a creditor of one spouse. The property will be exempt in bankruptcy in the same manner.
