how long do i have to wait for a landloard to pay my deposit its been over 45 days ? i live in the house for nine years with help painted three rooms brought ex paint he told me i had to buy in order to get deposit still no depoist or he dint give me a list of anything no damage was done to house i hav picture

So, send a written demand for the return of your full deposit by a date certain (if you haven't already done so) and, if such return is not forthcoming,

then sue the SOB in your local small claims court for the amount

of your deposit as well as the cost of filing your case.
