mechanics lien in va
can a shop get a lien against my company if i authorized them to do federal inspections to my trailers and they did work to them other than the inspection without my authorization? also, am i responsible for the unauthorized work?

If you did not specifically authorize the work which was done on your trailer, then you are not legally obligated to pay for whatever was done without your proper authorization.
