I thought that if you had a medical card that the hopital or Doctors don't suppost to send you bills or put it on your credit report. Can you help me out and tell me if I can have the unpaid medical bills tooken off my credit report from the collection agency?

Re: Medical Bills

No, very unlikely, as persons in your described circumstances are frequently reported as having unpaid medical bills to the three credit reporting agencies, sometimes merely for the reason that there has been a delay for some reason in the payment of the medical bills by whatever insurance entity(public or private)is responsible for such payment and which is not the fault of the insured person.(Under this circumstance, you can, of course, submit a written account of your version of what happened--up to 250 words---to each of the credit reporting agencies which must be displayed in the report

alongside any adverse item either to explain or rebut it.)
