money owed to me on a vehicle soldi

i financed a vehicle to help afriend he cannot pay me he registered the car and gave me back the title no liens listed he has car i have title un signed can i repo the vehicle.

If you have the title "unsigned", then you need to have your friend sign it over to you before you take possession of the vehicle.
