My sister live in Tx and Ga. She borrow $975 for her wedding and Charged $4000 in furniture with the promised to pay everything by 05/09. The furniture still at her home in GA. and she is refusing to pay. How can I sued with both leaving in different state, I live in VA. Can I sue her in VA.

You would be better advised to sue her where she lives in Georgia (probably in that state's small claims court)rather than here in Virginia.
