Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Virginia

How does a mutual release agreement of a Diamond Resorts points package affect our credit score? They offered this to me and said we would have to pay a one time fee equivalent to our monthly payment, and we would be off the hook for the loan, but it would affect our credit. They didn't know by how much though.

I would suggest that you have an attorney who handles consumer affairs matters

review this "mutual release agreement" before you sign it (or anything else

related to this matter).
