Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Virginia
I paid off my daughters house and car when I retired, but left them in her name. She has not worked for ten years or so. Now she's been diagnosed with cancer (terminal), I have the canceled checks form my account for all payments (property tax ect). Can I transfer deed to my name, or at least get my name on the deed, and if so can medical service provider come after the house? I now rely solely on social security as income and just keeping my head above water.

You could get your name on this deed if your daughter were to
execute a deed of gift conveying to you an undivided half interest in the whole property.
Not enough information to answer your second inquiry.
