Past due bill
If a judgement is renderd to someone. can they reapply a judgement after eight years. The judgement appeared on credit report and just went off credit report and the individual just reapplied for anouther judgement on same bill.

Judgments issued in the general district court are good for 10 years and then can be renewed for another 10 by the judgment creditor if s/he chooses.
