pay day loans

i recently took out a payday loan and i told the man i was not able to pay until the 17 of november he told me on monday he was going to file a claim and order a bench warrant for my arrest on monday is that possible?? What should I do in this case??

No, it is not possible that you will be arrested and taken into custody by duly appointed law enforcement authorities in these United States on this Monday THAT COMETH, November 6, 2006, Anno Domini, for failure to pay a debt on the appointed due date.(This is what's known in popular parlance as an idle threat.)

In answer to your question, just pay by November 17, 2006, or earlier, if possible, and may you endure no further troubled sleep over this matter.
