Can a payday loan company pursue collection actions if they are in violation of state payday loan regulations?

Of course, the predator payday loan company can pursue collection actions against their hapless victims despite being in violation of state regulations until the ones whom they're pursuing raise these alleged violations as a defense in court to the company's claims and collection actions.
