Under the Fair Debt Collection Preactices Act(FDCPA) a consumer who

is being repeatedly called at his or her home may send wriiten notice to the collector(s) that they are to cease and desist from all further contact with the (alleged) debtor with which they must comply or face possible sanctions/penalties.

This notice should be sent certified mail with a return receipt requested.
