Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Virginia

Am a physically challenged person, i came US last sep and took an apt under my name.I got a roommate but later i found that he didnt suit me. He will not cook. I have to cook for him all the day. One day i decided to change him and ask him to vacate the room. After a messup, i told that am brining my mom here. After a log disussion he moved out my apt enf june but he didnt pay june month rent till now. Am asking him everyday but he is not giving me. I dont his new address. Can you suggest a good solution for my issue

Find/verify his new address and then sue him in small claims court for what he owes you + court costs.
