Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Virginia

I purchased several truck tires from a supplier in miami fl, they ued a shipper to ship them to me. Two years later the shipper contacted to that bthe tire store never paid them ship costs. I have a credit card statement that shows the tires were paid for. Am I legaly obligated to pay for the ship costs when I already paid for them to the tire store

No, and your defense to the shipper's claim is that you've already paid the shipping costs to the tire store that sold you the tires. And, therefore, they should take the matter up with this store rather than with you.
