Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Virginia
I received a notice from Virginia beach court in Virginia that i am being sued by sentara hospital. Is it wise to contact them to see if i can settle or make some type of arrangements?

Yes, since normally evidence with respect to settlement negotiations is not
admissible in court if the hospital later decides to sue you, you
have nothing to lose (and, perhaps, something to gain) by attempting to settle the matter
without getting involved in litigation.
