Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Virginia

I received a summons to answer Interrogatories. should i get an attorney if so what kind? The summons was left at my door,i did not sign for it.Do i even have to go to court i was told not to go,if i don't what would happen.

I would recommend that you arrange for a consultation with an attorney

as well as the relevant facts related to the case which gave rise to them

If you fail to answer the summons by appearing in court on the scheduled date,

a warrant could issue for your arrest.
