Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Virginia

Recently I had asked what I could do about finding out about an unpaid judgement. Since then I have found it on the distric couurt doc. It says the case is closed. Can someone tell me what that means. If its not settled I want to get it taken care of as its very old and I'm trying to fix my credit history.

The Virginia Court have online access to case filings in both the General District Court and the Circuit Courts. A "closed case" is an administrative notation. The case finding would either be a judgment for the plaintiff, case dismissed or a finding for the defendant.
