Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Virginia
restraining order & eviction judgement
a few years ago i had a restraining
order against me that forced me to
leave my apartment in the middle of
the lease. my wife at the time
continued living there until she was
evicted. currently i have judgments against me for the late rent etc. is
there anyway i can remove them
from my credit report other then
pay them. the cost is a little high
for me to be able to do that

Re: restraining order & eviction judgement
Paying them will not likely remove these from your credit reports. You should consult a good consumer law attorney as soon as possible.
