I am writing on behalf of a close

friend of mine.As suggested by your

group, we went to court and

requested a statement of

account.Judge gave us a date

when the attorney for the crd coll

company would send us the soa.we

have to respond to it within a

week.what should our next step

be?

Without reviewing the plaintiff's Bill of Particulars and related Statement of Account, who could possibly say: "what should our next step be"?
