sale a vehicle before repossesion

what steps should i take to sale a vehicle before it is repossessed? Do i need a power of attorney? I have an interested buyer and Iwant to sale ASAP, tHANK YOU

You will need to coordinate the sale of the vehicle with the lien holder so that the buyer will be able to obtain a clean title for the vehicle and the note holder will the receive the payoff to which it is entitled.
