Statute of limititation on court ordered judgment

I was granted a judgment (33,000.00) against an attorney in a malpractice suit. How long will the judgment stand before it is wiped off the books?

Assuming that it was in circuit court,

it should be good for 20 years and can then be renewed for another 20.
