Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Virginia

I have a subpoena duces tecum and a summons to answer interrogatories from a judgment creditor. Is a writ of fieri facias executed after or before the hearing date to answer interrogatories?

Depends upon your judgment creditor who could do either, but it would

seem to make better sense until after you've answered his debtor's

interrogatories before the court.
